Les Nuits de la Mayenne
D’Ispahan à Istanbul, des steppes mongoles aux sommets d’Anatolie… L’Orient fascine. Peintres, écrivains, musiciens… Au 19e siècle, de nombreux artistes occidentaux partent y chercher l’inspiration. À l’instar du compositeur russe Glazounov et de ses envoûtantes Danses orientales. Ou de l’Américain Henry Cowell, dont la recherche de modernité se nourrit des langages et sonorités nouvelles des musiques orientales. Étonnant et dépaysant, ce voyage musical fera dialoguer ces œuvres classiques avec celles de musiciens orientaux d’aujourd’hui (Erberk Eryilmaz, Ahmed Adnan Saygun), qui développent un répertoire riche et vivant entre élans symphoniques et couleurs traditionnelles.

Visite libre des jardins du château
Rendez vous aux Jardins
Château du 19ème siècle avec des jardins exquis, propriété privée et jamais ouverte au public auparavant. Jardin conçu en 2019 par Paul Bangay, célèbre designer de jardins australiens. Le jardin clos combine la formalité française avec des plantes vivaces abondantes et un potager organique productif pour nourrir les invités d'été. Le jardin de coupe offre une grande variété de belles fleurs pour les intérieurs du château et les projets d'impression botanique. La serre est un point central du jardin.
